WHO IS ANDRZEJ?
Taking his experience as a go-to-market sales leader and fusing it with his passion for marketing and creative social experiences!
Andrzej Karwaczynski, the founder of Karva Mgmt serves as the manager for the firm's clients. Growing up in Detroit, he moved to Florida at the age of 13 and lived in a homeless shelter for two years. From there he elevated beyond all odds stacked against him and rose up the academic ladder in high school to earn a scholarship to the University of Central Florida. While at UCF, Andrzej met his mentor through the Sport Business Program at UCF. In his time as a student, Andrzej served in multiple leadership roles, locked down key sponsorships for multiple sport events, and was even recognized for creating an in-depth marketing strategy for Jordan Brand/Drake/OVO partnership through a client based project in an entrepreneurship course. His original "plan" was to attend law school and become an intellectual property / brand counsel in the sport and entertainment industries.

With his path laid out, life struck with massive adversity again, this time with a loved one's health. Andrzej took that as a sign and entered the financial and tech industries; further gaining several years of experience as a go-to-market sales leader, account manager and serving as the main point of contact for high net worth individuals and business owners. While doing all of that from "9-5," Andrzej continued serving as a private digital marketing manager and sharpening his creative marketing skills by completing numerous business creative projects including the NFL, Phoenix Suns and a number of well known local businesses. Part of his portfolio includes three complete brand launches, building two influencers in popular niche business spaces from scratch, and orchestrating over 25 immersive experience in the automotive events space.

Taking all of his experience, expertise and passion for brand building, Andrzej decided to start Karva Mgmt to serve a handful of businesses and entrepreneurs within the automotive, motorsports and fitness niches, helping all navigate the creative landscape, emerging digital marketing space, and creating experiences focused on clients, brand awareness and revenue.
